FAQ: Shipping Policy

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday (except holidays). If your order is shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx, the order must be received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time to ship out the same business day.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 States in the U.S.

How do you ship?

Most of our orders ship via USPS. We will also use FedEx and UPS at your request. Orders going to APO/FPO boxes will also be sent via USPS. 

Rates to ship?

All orders $74.99 or less will be a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping, carrier selected at the discretion of lowavapor.com

All orders $75 or more will receive free shipping within the continental U.S. 

How to track an order that's been shipped?

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from either USPS, UPS or FEDEX with your tracking number once the order ships. For all other shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on the website. 

Are the items in stock? 

All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.

What are the lead times? 

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days for domestic orders and 4 working days for international orders. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Also we do have a few special order items that have longer lead times. These lead times are noted on the items page. Larger orders may also take a few extra days to ship out. If you require a faster lead-time please email sales@lowavapor.com

What are the shipping times? 

  • UPS/FedEx ground – 5-7 business days coast to coast
  • UPS/FedEx 3rd day – 3 business days
  • UPS/FedEx 2nd day- 2 business days
  • UPS/FedEx Overnight – 1 business day. 

Please note that the shipping times do not include the day it was shipped. Example, if your 3rd day shipment goes out on Monday you will receive your order on Thursday. If your 2nd day shipment goes out on Monday you will receive it on Wednesday. 

USPS first class mail is about 5 business days. USPS priority mail is 2-3 business days. And USPS Express is 1-2 business days. USPS does delivery on Saturday so if your priority mail shipment goes out on Wednesday you will receive it either Friday or Saturday. If it goes out on Thursday, you will receive it either Saturday or Monday. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes for all orders shipping outside of the US

Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by lowavapor.com. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.

In store pick up option?

You can pick up your order at our Main Store Located at

408 Beckley Crossing, Beckley, WV 25801.

Our store hours are:

Monday-Saturday: 10AM-9PM

Sunday: 12PM-6PM

Product for store pickup will be ready to pick up after 4 hours from your check out time. If you want to pick up earlier than that, Please give us a call Ph: 681-207-7023.

Insurance?

Insurance against lost or damaged packages is included on all UPS and USPS Priority shipments. Insurance ends once the package is marked delivered by the perspective carrier. For any issues with your package please contact the shipping carrier.

Return and refund policy:

lowavapor.com gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund within 14 days of original purchase.

For safety and sanitary purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON RETURNABLE: E-Liquids, RBA, RDA, tanks, cartomizers, cartridges, atomizers, and rechargeable batteries.

If packages are opened and used, we WILL NOT accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. 

For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with no restocking fees. Customers are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no charge.

If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our customer service department by email at sales@lowavapor.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

Order Cancellation

For order cancellation requests, you must use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Any attempts to cancel the order may be delayed or missed cancellation request. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

DOA, Missing, & Wrong Items

All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. 

There is no warranty on cartomizers, atomizers, tanks, rebuildables (RDA), rebuildable tanks (RTA), coils, drip tips, disposables, or any similar product.

Return Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer is responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility please do your research or ask before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

Refund

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit in the form of reward points.

Refused Items

If it is indeed our fault, you will be credited for the items and we will reship at lowavapor.com expenses. If customer refused the packages for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charge.
